My number one intention in my personal practice, my teaching and my life is to shed love. Through yoga practice I have found true love for myself and what makes me happiest is seeing my students experience that same true love for themselves. Since enduring several physically debilitating traumas I understand that everyone enters the yoga room with a past and a purpose to grow. Practicing loving myself has allowed me to teach with compassion, knowing that each of us is going through our own thing every day and we are all here for a reason. I believe that everyone is capable of expanding to new boundaries each day and I try to embody that as a teacher.
