Deepen your 26+2 practice with extra attention to alignment and purpose behind each posture. Great for experienced practitioners who want a deeper explanation of each pose. Or a complete beginner who wants to start out on the right foot!
Each workshop will have 2 sets of each posture in each series. Saturday standing series and Sunday floor series. 1st set will be a regular instruction with essentials.
Then we’ll have Q+A and posture mechanics before our second set with adjustments and new alignment!
