Are you interested in Flow classes but not sure where to start? Maybe you feel unsure about what to do with your arms and legs let alone your breath and brain? Then this series of workshop style classes is for you! We will slow things way down as we learn basic mindfulness practices to help quiet the mind and get us into our bodies. This series is designed to help bring you closer to your self as we will tune in each week and learn how to find our own flow. These classes will focus on mindfulness, alignment, breath, and modifications to help tailor and make your yoga practice as accessible for you as possible. Beginner friendly and perfect for those who are newer to the practice of Vinyasa Flow. Please come prepared to immerse and invest in yourself! What to bring:
