Turn your perspective upside down… This workshop will focus on key alignment principles and activate our core awareness. Using bandha work (energetic lifts) we will connect with our fears and anything else that may be holding us back. Let’s be honest, getting upside down can be intimidating and my goal in this workshop is to give you all the tools you need to feel confident in your inversion practice.
