Join Meagan, Reiki Master and Sound Healer on a Sound Bath Journey to promote relaxation, grounding, healing, and all around good vibrations for your physical and energetic body.
Through the use of different Reiki infused sound modalities including an Ocean Drum, Crystal Pyramid and Crystal Singing Bowls, she will take you on a vibrational journey through time and space to help ground, center and bring an overall sense of peace and relaxation to your body and mind.
The Crystal singing bowls are tuned to a frequency of 432Hz which is the same frequency as the natural electromagnetic pulse of Mother Earth, which is why when we tune into their sound, we feel an immediate sense of grounding, and serenity.
This is going to be a 60 minute offering and you are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow or whatever else you may want to feel the most comfortable as you will be laying down for the entirety of the experience.
