When it comes to splits, its all in the hips! Lets unlock some of that built up tension in the hips to dive deeper into a safer splits practice. We will cover the anatomy of the hips, proper alignment, and learn strength and flexibility drills based on your body’s specific needs. Even if splits aren’t accessible yet, lets create better range of motion in those hips and hamstrings together!
